Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a private lesson, parents/guardians must log into their account on our website and make any changes themselves at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to reschedule with the required 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the booked session, and it will not be rescheduled or refunded. This policy ensures that our instructors' time is respected and allows us to offer the slot to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this process.
