To make things simple, we’ve broken down how our subscriptions are structured:
Total Cost & Instalments Our annual programme includes 30 lessons across the academic year. The total cost of your chosen subscription is split into 10 equal monthly instalments.
Payment Schedule Your first payment is due upon enrolment. The remaining 9 instalments will then be taken automatically on the same date each month.
Payment Method We accept card payments or direct bank transfers (no cash). Please ensure your details are accurate during enrolment.
Payment Confirmation Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email which also serves as your receipt.
Changing Your Payment Date If you need to adjust your payment date, please contact our admin team and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Financial Assistance We aim to make our skate school accessible to all families. If you require support or special arrangements, please reach out.
Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable, as they secure our coaching, facilities, and resources for the year. If your child misses a class, we cannot provide refunds or replacement sessions, but we’ll happily suggest ways for them to keep progressing outside of lessons.
