Comic Skate Guides

About the guides
Nikcarl's Comic Skate Guides combine story-led skate comics, step-by-step skating tutorials, and comic-making videos to create a learning experience kids love. Children read and colour original skate stories, follow illustrated comic lessons to learn skating skills, and explore how to create their own comic adventures.

New creative skate activities are added regularly, giving kids the freedom to learn at their own pace, build confidence on skates, and express themselves through art and storytelling.

Narrate. Skate. Create.
Three Ways to Learn:

Comic Stories
Children start each lesson by reading and colouring an original comic story. These stories introduce characters, set up challenges, and naturally lead into the skating skill, helping kids stay engaged, focused, and excited to learn.

Benefit:
Builds reading confidence, imagination, and emotional connection to learning.
Learn to Skate
Skating skills are taught through step-by-step comic panels that children can read, follow, and colour. Each tutorial blends clear visual instruction with creative activity, helping kids understand movements, stay engaged, and enjoy learning at their own pace.
Benefit:
Makes skating skills easier to learn and remember while encouraging creativity and focus.
Learn to Make Comics
Children learn the basics of comic creation, including panels, speech bubbles, characters, and storytelling. These videos empower kids to create their own skate stories and extend their learning beyond the lesson.

Benefit:
Develops creativity, storytelling skills, and confidence in self-expression.
