PHOTO/VIDEO CONDITION OF USE
At times, we may capture photographs of the children participating in our skate club activities. These images may be utilized for fundraising, promotional efforts, or other purposes aligned with the objectives of the group. Possible uses encompass, but are not restricted to, printed and online promotional materials, social media posts, press releases, and funding applications.
CLASS REGISTRATION
Registration Guidelines:
Parents are welcome to enrol their child/children in any available class featured on our class page, provided they fulfil the specified prerequisites. Private lessons are available upon request and are subject to approval by the Instructor. To schedule private lessons, please utilize the Skate Club Booking System.
Class Limits and Cancellations:
Each class has a specified enrolment limit, as detailed in the class descriptions. Nikcarl Skate Club reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum student requirement is not met. Additionally, classes may be cancelled due to emergencies, including but not limited to illness, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule the class, contingent upon the availability of the Instructor and space.

Missed Lessons:
No additional dates or time will be allocated for missed lessons. We encourage participants to adhere to the class schedule and make the most of the learning opportunities provided.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
The Nikcarl Skate Club retains the authority to cancel or reschedule classes in the event of adverse weather conditions, insufficient enrolment, or other relevant considerations. Notifications regarding cancelled or rescheduled classes will be communicated through email and/or SMS (text message) by Nikcarl Skate Club. In cases where an alternative class is offered on a later date or if the class has been rescheduled, your class fee will seamlessly transfer to the upcoming session. Please note that no refunds will be provided for changes in location or instructor.
