Join our exciting Skate Camp this summer! Designed for kids, our camp offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and improve skating techniques. Our experienced instructors will guide campers through comprehensive lessons, ensuring they gain confidence on wheels. Alongside skill development, we incorporate thrilling games and challenges to keep the fun rolling! Additionally, campers will have the chance to unleash their creativity by making short skate comics. To celebrate their accomplishments, all campers will receive certificates highlighting their progress and achievements. The Skate Camp is open to students aged 4 – 13 year olds.

What to Bring Each Day

  • Sun hat (Parents must apply sun cream prior to drop off. Sun cream will not be applied by camp staff unless permission has been granted at registration.)
  • Equipment Bag (roller skates optional, these will provided)
  • Pencil case/Stationery equipment
  • Morning and afternoon snack
  • A water bottle with packed lunch

What to Wear

  • Loose fitted clothing that can get dirty
  • Close toed shoes (No sandals will be allowed)
  • Hats may be worn and are recommended for sun protection
  • Casual long socks for skating

Meet Nikcarl Mckenzie, the extraordinary instructor of our Skate Camp! As the founder of The Nikcarl Skate Club, Nikcarl Mckenzie brings his passion for skating and illustration to inspire young skaters. With a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and being an ICP Qualified Skating Instructor, he possesses the expertise to guide campers with precision and care. Having been a devoted skater and illustrator since childhood, Nik's creativity shines through his teaching. His signature move, the awe-inspiring "Helicopter" and the "Baby Freeze" never fails to leave everyone amazed. Get ready to learn from the best and experience Nik's infectious enthusiasm for skating and art at our camp!
