Kids Skate & Play (AM)

The once a month 'Skate & Play' is for the children who have attended a lesson.

Games Included:

Everybody Freeze

1. Kids skate along to the music.
2. When the music stops, all skaters must freeze in place. The last skater to freeze is out.
3. Play continues until all, but one skater has been called out. The last skater left is the winner.

Pick A Colour

1. Kids skate along to the music.
2. When the music stops, everyone must skate to one of the five coloured cones.
3. Instructor pulls one of the coloured cones from a bag without looking and calls out the colour. Everyone on that coloured cone is out of the game.
4. Instructor puts the coloured cone back into the bag, starts the music again and play continues until only one skater remains. That skater is the winner.

------ 10 Minute Break ------

Colour Hunt

1. There are five coloured circles placed on the ground
2. Instructor pulls a coloured cone from a bag without looking and calls out the colour. Everyone must skate to that coloured circle.
3. The last skater to reach inside the correct coloured circle is out.
4. Instructor puts the coloured cone back into the bag and play continues until only one skater remains. That skater is the winner.
