Can I be honest? I have no idea what I’m doing! Between school, skating, and about a hundred other activities, I feel like a taxi driver more than a parent. Anyone else relate? 😅 Help!

You’re definitely not alone, Emma! It can feel overwhelming juggling everything. One thing that’s helped us is sitting down every Sunday as a family to plan out the week. We map out school, homework, and skating so my son knows what to expect, and it helps avoid last minute chaos. Maybe giving that a try could take a little pressure off? You’re doing great, sometimes just having a rough plan can make all the difference!

Thanks for the reassurance Tom. I love the idea of a Sunday planning session. I think my kids would actually enjoy being involved in organising their week. Do you use a whiteboard or a planner for this? I feel like I need something super simple to start with! 😊

We just go with the flow. My daughter loves skating, and as long as homework is done, she can skate as much as she wants.
