  • Skate Club Subscription Payment Process Guide
To help you understand our subscription payment process, we've outlined the details below: Total Cost: The total cost for your child's participation in the skate club for the school year is £300. This covers all 30 skate lessons throughout the academic year, with each lesson priced at £10. Monthly Instalments: We understand that budgeting can be important, so we offer a convenient payment plan. You'll make 10 monthly instalments of £30 each. Here's how it works: £300 (Total Cost) ÷ 10 (Monthly Instalments) = £30 per month Payment Schedule: Your payments will be evenly distributed over the course of the school year, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both you and your child. Start Date: The initial payment will be due on the date of your first payment, and subsequent payments will be scheduled for the same day each month. Payment Method: You have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method, whether it's through direct bank transfers, credit card payments or any other method offered by our club. Please make sure to provide accurate payment information during the enrolment process. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. This confirmation will serve as a receipt for your records. Change of Payment Date: If you ever need to change your payment date or have any concerns regarding the payment schedule, please reach out to our administration team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth payment process. Early Payment Option: Should you wish to pay the entire £300 upfront, you are more than welcome to do so. Simply contact our administration team, and they will provide you with the necessary instructions to make a one-time payment. Financial Assistance: We understand that financial circumstances can vary and we're committed to making the skate club accessible to all. If you require financial assistance or have any special considerations, please don't hesitate to discuss your situation with our administration team. We're here to assist you in any way we can. Refunds: Please be aware that once payment has been received, we are unable to offer any refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it allows us to efficiently manage our skate club operations. If you have any concerns or questions regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our administration team for clarification. Additional Information: Please note that these payments cover the fees for your child's participation in the skate club throughout the school academic year. They help support coaching, facility maintenance, equipment, and other club-related expenses. If your child misses a skate lesson or is unable to attend for any reason, we are unable to provide refunds or offer additional lessons. Our program is structured to accommodate the full schedule of lessons throughout the academic year and resources, including coaching and facility reservations, are allocated accordingly. We encourage regular attendance to ensure your child benefits fully from the program and progresses in their skating skills. If you have any questions or concerns about missed lessons, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative ways to support your child's progress. We hope this clarifies our subscription payment process for you. Our primary goal is to provide your child with a rewarding and enjoyable skate club experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.

  • Is it compulsory for my child/children to attend an induction?
No it is not compulsory. If you’re curious to see how the sessions can help your child or you’re unsure which session your child should join, please try the Induction. The Induction is an Informal 'Meet and Greet' and is essentially the gateway to everything skaters need to know before they start their skating journey.
